The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Charlie Flanagan, today officially opened the new ESB International head offices at One Dublin Airport Central.
daa Chief Executive Kevin Toland and members of the ESB senior executive team welcomed the Minister on his arrival at what was formerly the Aer Lingus head office complex.
The six-storey building with a floor area of 8,300 square metres is being taken over in its entirety by ESB International which has moved out of its former St Stephen’s Green headquarters.
Minister Flanagan was taken on a tour of the award-winning building by ESB Chief Executive Pat O’Doherty and Managing Director of ESB International Ollie Brogan during which he was informed of new contract wins of €11 million in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and with international funding agencies.
Said Mr O’Doherty: “Today’s office opening in the heart of Dublin Airport Central opens an exciting new chapter as we rise to the global energy challenges of the coming decades.
